Yep this is about how I feel lately. The cold is getting to me. Cold and snow. I don't mind the snow as much as I do the cold. It has finally started to warm up some though so that makes me a bit happier. It is supposed to get into the 40's and have some rain too. Yesterday there was some sun out though. If it is sunny and I can go out and walk and get some sun it does make me feel alittle better.
Yesterday was my babies (john and josh, the twins) 18th birthday. How wierd is that? All my children are now technically adults. Amazing to me. The time flew by. It seems like they were just in elementary school a few days ago! Now they are looking like grown men and they are taller than me! Not that that is saying much cuz I am pretty short! We had a party for them yesterday too. There were quite a few people over. Mark's family and mine and then some of thier friends. We had sloppy joes and potato salad. It was yummy. We have lots of food left over so I am sure that is what we are going to be having for dinner tonight. We also had cake and ice cream. I have some pictures to post but I have to upload them first. I will do that tonight I hope.
I have been doing really good on changing my eating habits. I weigh in on Tuesdays and I had lost 9 pounds as of last Tuesday. Tomorrow when I weigh in I will find out how much I have lost this week. I am thinking it may not be as much as the last two weeks but that is ok. I know this is going to take some time. I just want to look good in that suit by June! LOL Not that I am vain or anything................
Aiden got to go outside yesterday and ride his battery operated four wheeler that his Dad got him for christmas. It was so funny. He had such a good time. Uncle Mike let him ride it down the hill. That scared me half to death but Aiden loved it. Mike was right there with him so there was no reason to be scared but you know how Grandmas are! I got some pictures of him riding that too that I will post.
Well I better fly off of here and get some work done! have a great day.
Thank you Donna for this awesome tag.
