Busy week

Hello everyone.  It has been a very busy week for me.  I guess it was a short week since I was sick on Monday and Tuesday and didn't work but to me, that doesn't count.  I mean, I was sick, so I felt like I was working!  LOL

Work has been busy.  We are getting alot of the tracking system stuff done.  It sure does take alot of time to get it done.  It isn't hard physical labor but it is mentally.  I am tired of seeing bar codes I can tell you that much. 

I had to come into work today, on a Saturday, which very rarely happens but we had to do an inventory of some of the implants today so it needed to be done when we weren't busy.  And that is usually only on the weekend and holidays.  I would much rather do the weekend than a holiday!

It is so very cold here!  I thought I was gunna freeze my butt off this morning when I was coming into work.  I forgot to plug the diesel in last night so it took a long time for her to warm up this morning.  I need to remember to plug it in when it is this cold!  I am not sure what is on our agenda for the rest of the day and this evening, hopefully just relaxing.  I have to work all day tomorrow at a camper show.  I don't mind doing those, I like to see all the new campers and things that are available.  I like to talk to people too so it makes it a nice job.

Sorry I have been MIA for a few days.  Well I haven't really been MIA.  I have been commenting in journals just not posting in mine.  I was to sick!  I got the flu on Sunday and am just starting to feel better today.  Hopefully I will be able to return to work tomorrow because I miss it.  Sitting at home all day is not a whole lot of fun.  I guess if I had been feeling good I would of enjoyed it more! 
My sister was in town from Florida also.  I had all my family over on Saturday and we had a great time!  I was sad to see them leave that evening.  My sister will be returning to Florida tomorrow.  She did get to see some snow though.  We got about 2 inches last night.  Not to much to drive her crazy but enough for her to see how pretty it really can be.  We also had Aiden this weekend.  That boy is so funny.  I just love him.  I do have some pics that I took on Saturday.  I will upload them as soon as I feel good enough to go find my camera and put them on here! 
The diet is going really well too.  Can't help but go well when  you can't eat!  But it was going good before then also.  I will be weighing in tomorrow since I was not at work today to do so.  I am hoping for another big number like I had last week!  Well have a good day and I will post the pictures soon.

is this not the hottest dang suit???  I love it!  Now I just need to get in it.  I can tell you that it looks awesome  hanging from the mirror that is on my dresser!!  I have to look at it eveyday.  It gives me motivation!

Oh how I wish  this was me today!  I did not want to get out of bed  this morning.  I could of slept for awhile longer.  After having two weeks of 4 day weekends I was not ready to return to work after only two days of sleeping in! 

Our weekend was pretty good.  We did alot of shopping this weekend.  Grocery shopping and fun shopping too.  I got something really fun though!  I got a new bathing suit.  A bikini! It is my motivation to keep going with my new habits that are making me healthier!  I know I haven't posted about it since I complained about my weight in an earlier entry but I really have been changing my habits.  I have to say that I do feel as if I have more energy alreay.  I weigh again tomorrow morning.  I am looking forward to it too.  I know I have lost again this week.  I can tell by the way my pants feel on me.  My baggiest pants were feeling tight and they are feeling normal again.  Thank you Lord.  I will try to see if I can post a picture of my new bikini so you all can see what I will be wearing in June in Mexico!  Yes it is a smaller size than I wear now!  (much smaller)  I have until June 17th to fit into it.  I think I can do it!  Losing two pounds per week till June 12, I will more than fit into that suit.  It would acutally be to big and I would have to exchange it if I lost that much.  I am not telling my weight here. If you want to know the details of the weight loss, you will have ask to be added to my private journal and I will add you.  (if I feel comfortable with you seeing me in a suit!)

Any way all that snow that we got is almost gone.  It has been in the 50's here for the last two days.  Yes I said the 50's.  Today it is supposed to hit 60!  Amazing weather for January.  But it won't last!  It is supposed to get cold again by Thursday and snow again.  Oh well!  My sister is flying in from Florida on Wednesday and I want her to have snow while she is here so I am hoping for it to snow again.  We are having a party at my house on Saturday for her!  I can't wait to see her.  Well I am off to go find a picture of the suit so you can all see it.

New Years Eve

What a wonderful night we had.  The villa was totally awesome.  We had so much food it was crazy.  The snow didn't start until after midnight but when we woke up in the morning, OMG!  We got every inch they said we would plus some!  There was 15 inches of snow on the ground this morning.  Yep we had to dig ourselves out!  It was so pretty!! 

The two buildings you can see in the background are the lodge (to the left side of the picture) and the hotel.  The lodge is actually closed for the winter but the hotel was open and full last night.  I was standing in the driveway of one of the cottages to take this picture.  No you can't see the driveway ! Our friends stayed in the cottage and I had forgotten my camera there when I left the night before and I had to get it cuz I wanted pictures!



Just a couple a shots of the inside of the villa.  It had a bedroom downstairs and one upstairs and one bathroom.  It was very nice and cozy.  I would definatly rent one of them again.
So we have spent the entire day digging out our driveway and getting cars unstuck in the neighbor hood.  Mark also headed over to his parents to dig them out.  Not sure if there is going to be school tomorrow or not yet but I am kinda doubting they will get the back roads clear enough for busses that quickly.  We shall see!  Have a great one.
